We believe in our artisans and materials; so much so, that we warranty our products for 100 years against failure in craftsmanship, construction & material.
It is our goal to serve the customer before, during and after the checkout process. If you find that your product didn't hold up as expected due to poor craftsmanship or defective materials, just contact us, and we will fix or replace the item at no cost to you.
Our items are created to last a lifetime, but normal wear and tear is not covered by this warranty. Neither is misuse, accident, or improper care. However, repairable damage not covered by the warranty can still be fixed for a small price. Just contact us, and let us know about your issue. We will help the best way we can.
