We accept returns on orders within 30 days of purchase date.
Within 30 days from your order being placed, we are happy to accept all returns and exchanges on an unworn item. Your item must me be unworn, in original pakcaging. You will receive an exchange form in the package with your item, simply fill it out, and follow the instructions. Please, note: we will only accept an exchange on the same order ONCE. If you have already exchanged your order, you will also not be able to return it for a refund.
We will not accept returns or exchanges on orders totaling over $250.00
We will not accept returns on items that have been customized per your request in any way.
We are unable to accept returns on any items past 30 days, even if the item is new.
We do request the customer to cover all shipping costs. Exchange for a different sizeWe provide detailed sizing instructions, in written and video forms, on every listing page. Please, follow the sizing instructions carefully before purchasing. If, however, your size still does not fit right, we will accept an exchange for a different size. No restocking fee is charged. You must change the belt size by at least 2 inches.
Exchange for a different style
10% restocking fee will apply to all items exchanged for an alternate style (that includes all differences, other than length).
Return for a refund
Your Orion Leather product is custom made to order, every time. A 10% restocking fee will apply to all items returned for a refund. We are unable to refund original shipping costs.Please contact customer service for more information on returning an item. Thank you.
